The Biosip series of stainless steel 316L bioreactors is specifically designed to advance research and development in various scientific fields. These probes enable precise monitoring and control of critical parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), biomass, conductivity, carbon dioxide (CO2), hydrogen (H2), temperature, pressure, and level.
One of the standout features of the Biosip bioreactor series is its integration up to eight peristaltic pumps, providing a flow rate range from 50 ml/min to 1000 ml/min. This flexibility allows researchers to tailor their experiments according to specific needs, facilitating accurate scaling and replication of processes.
Additionally, the system includes up to eight mass flow controllers (MFC) for various gases such as air, CO2, O2, nitrogen (N2), and hydrogen (H2). This capability ensures that precise gas mixtures can be delivered, which is crucial for optimal cell growth and metabolic studies.
